- Ford’s 2027 Super Duty line will be offering a Carhartt model in its range.
- It comes with exterior LEDs, a spray-in bedliner, all-weather floor mats, and, of course, special badging throughout.
- The Carhartt package is exclusive to the four-wheel-drive XLT crew cab and adds $4195 to the truck’s base price.
Initially, when Ford announced to us the launch of Carhartt package for its Super Duty range, we immediately thought of a young millennial employee of Ford with an ice cold matcha in hand and his beanie hat rolled up. But then, we came to realize that it was not Super Duty but Super Duty. Indeed, the collaboration between Ford and Carhartt is more about being reliable and dependable rather than just being fashionable with streetwear. This collaboration gives rise to a brand new 2027 Carhartt package for the Super Duty range XLT trucks.

This particular Super Duty model is all about the cosmetic touches, but then there’s a set of packages which should cover everything one needs in a worksite environment without any unnecessary frills. Well, since it is a tie-in pack after all, the Super Duty Carhartt comes with its logos plastered everywhere possible. One finds the logo placed reflectively on the vehicle’s fenders, and the graphic details covering the sides of the truck as well as its tailgate. Even the rear section of the cab receives a Carhartt logo.
The same goes for the interior where you’ll find the famous three-stitching line on the door panels. Additionally, the center console lid, map pockets, and the headrests have been designed with the ruggedness of Carhartt in mind. For additional functionality, Carhartt floormats made out of rubber all-weather material will also be included in the package.
Apart from the badges, the Carhartt package includes LED roof markers and clearance lamps, LED reflectors, LED fog lights, and a high-mounted LED center brake light at the back of the truck cabin. Carhartt-inspired 20-inch wheels complete the package; their design is reminiscent of the manhole covers found near Carhartt’s flagship store located in Detroit.

Each Carhartt variant includes a spray-in bedliner. Like the regular XLT version, the limited-edition variant can come with a gasoline-powered 7.3-liter V-8 engine, which generates 430 horsepower and 485 lb-ft or the Power Stroke diesel engine. The latter can be set up to generate either 475 hp and 1050 lb-ft or 500 hp and 1200 lb-ft. Four-wheel drive is standard.
The Carhartt variant comes with the Premium Package as standard equipment, but it can be combined with the FX4 Off-Road Package. The Carhartt trim is available at an additional cost of $4195 above the XLT base price. It will be available in conjunction with other 2027 Super Duty variants.
