New middleweight adventure tourer debuts from mid-May, available for $18,490 ride away, featuring semi-active suspension technology
MY26 CFMOTO 800MT-ES is now available in Australia, as a new flagship-class motorcycle of the brand’s adventure touring line in the middleweight segment.
According to the official announcement, MY26 800MT-ES is expected to be available through authorised dealers in late May for the price of $18,490 ride-away, backed up by the manufacturer’s three-year warranty.
A key specification of the new motorcycle is a special feature called Intelligent Suspension System (ISS), which allows automatic adjustment of both front and rear suspensions depending on road conditions and rider inputs to provide the best possible comfort, stability, and safety during various types of rides.

As far as its technical specifications are concerned, the new motorcycle comes equipped with a 799cc twin-cylinder engine, with a rich specification list of additional features for long distance touring and off-road trips as well, including factory fitted alloy luggage, cruise control, heated grips and seat, several riding modes and Bosch rider aid systems.
An easy-to-adapt and comfortable motorcycle, according to CFMOTO, which features an upright rider posture and natural ergonomics.
Electronic features are also included in the package. The bike has a Bosch 6-axis IMU that is used for cornering ABS and traction control. It is equipped with a bi-directional quick shifter, drag torque control, wheelie control and four riding modes (Sport, Rain, Off-road and All-terrain). It also comes with a 8-inch TFT display, tyre pressure monitor, and CFMOTO Ride app compatibility depending on the availability of suitable devices and applications.

On its underneath side, it uses a chromoly steel frame that incorporates the engine as its stressed element. This is matched by an aluminum double sided swingarm. In terms of suspension, it uses 41mm upside down forks along with an integrated rear monoshock. Its brakes comprise of J.Juan equipment with dual 320mm front discs, radial calipers, and 260mm rear disc.
It has front and rear wheels measuring 19″ and 17″ respectively, which are shod with Michelin Anakee adventure tyres supplied by CFMOTO to allow it to operate in both sealed-road and light off-road conditions.
Two color variants have been offered for MY26 800MT-ES; Glacier White and Neptune White.
